WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE BOTH VA & UTAH PERMITS?

 Every state sets its own reciprocity agreements.


Not all states honor a Virginia permit,
Not all states honor a Utah permit, &
Some states honor one — but not the other
 

By carrying both permits, you significantly increase the number of states where you can legally carry.

 Firearms laws are not static. States update reciprocity agreements and concealed carry statutes regularly.


If one state:

Suspends reciprocity with Virginia
Modifies non-resident recognition
Changes permit recognition standards
 

Having a second permit can prevent you from suddenly losing carry privileges while traveling.

REFUND AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

 Tactical 21 Training – Refund & Rescheduling Policy -


To ensure the quality and viability of our training programs, the following policy applies to all Tactical 21 training events:


Refunds

  • 30 Days or More Before Event Date:
        A refund may be issued minus a $75 processing fee. All refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
  • 15 Days Before Event Date:
        No refunds will be provided. However, you may:
    • Request a credit toward a future class and must be used within 6 months from original training date, or
    • Transfer your registration to another participant with written notice and payment of a $50 transfer fee.
  • Less Than 14 Days Before Event Date:
        No refunds, credits, or transfers will be available. Your registration will be forfeited.
  • Any cancellation due to extenuating circumstances may be reviewed by Tactical 21 and the appropriate action and refund will be at their sole discretion.


Transfer & Credit Requests

  • All requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.
  • We allow (1) one reschedule per registration when applicable under the terms above.
  • Transfers to another participant must be completed at least 14 days before the course date.
  • Any transfer due to extenuating circumstances may be reviewed by Tactical 21 and the appropriate action and refund will be at their sole discretion.

Course Cancellations by Tactical 21

If Tactical 21 must cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or operational necessity, registered participants will be offered:

  1. Full credit toward a future training event, or
  2. A full refund if requested in writing.


By registering for a Tactical 21 training event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
