Over the course of five years, SEAL LT Jason Redman underwent 37 surgeries requiring 1,200 stitches, 200 staples, 15 skin grafts, and one tracheotomy. He’s lost his sense of smell and has a limited range of motion in his left arm. But that certainly hasn’t slowed him down.
He’s since gone on to become a NYT and Amazon best-selling author, has met with three presidents, received multiple high-level military and civilian awards, and launched three successful businesses. He is a devoted husband, still married after 20 years, and father of three great kids who are all goal setters themselves. Today he puts his vast experience and expertise to work as speaker, coach, author and trainer, helping individuals, teams and organizations of all types and sizes to define and implement lasting change, even in the wake or face of failure, crisis and adversity - and he enjoys getting out on the range with us whenever he can.
Despite these ultimate successes, Jason has also experienced massive failures, sticking points and setbacks along the way. The bottom line: He found success because He learned how to focus on positivity and relentless forward momentum, what Jason calls, “Getting off the X” and “Moving the Needle” in life! And what applies to his life can apply to yours — with the same effect. If you apply his principles you will follow your mission to success through any adversity.
