Tactical 21 Training – Refund & Rescheduling Policy - Effective May 1, 2025

To ensure the quality and viability of our training programs, the following policy applies to all Tactical 21 training events:

Refunds

• 60 Days or More Before Event Date:
      A refund may be issued minus a $75 administrative fee. All refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 60 days prior to the scheduled event date.
• 14–59 Days Before Event Date:
      No refunds will be provided. However, you may:
  • Request a credit toward a future class, or
  • Transfer your registration to another participant with written notice and payment of a $50 transfer fee.
• Less Than 14 Days Before Event Date:
      No refunds, credits, or transfers will be available. Your registration will be forfeited.

Transfer & Credit Requests

• All requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.
• We allow (1) one reschedule per registration when applicable under the terms above.
• Transfers to another participant must be completed at least 14 days before the course date.

Course Cancellations by Tactical 21

If Tactical 21 must cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or operational necessity, registered participants will be offered:

1. Full credit toward a future training event, or
2. A full refund if requested in writing.

By registering for a Tactical 21 training event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
